This is the 2nd time, I visited Salinas Urgent Care. 2 thumbs up. Front desk staffs are nice. The wait is so long but I understand as a walk-in patient. it is worth to wait to be seen by Shannon, the Nurse Practioner. She is very caring, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about illnesses and treaments. As an experienced Registered Nurse, I am very impressed and am pleased with her care. I would not hesitate to recommend Salinas Urgent Care to my colleagues and neighbors.
Shannon is exceptional. She takes the time to explain the “Whys” I’m a very busy General Manager, time is so important to me. I understand now how important it is to get my blood work done.
Came in without an appointment, waited for about an hour, staff were friendly. My Xray was not read properly so I waited another week, miserable, to get prescribed the antibiotic I needed.
My usual clinic was closed on this particular day I went to many other clinics and was not able to be seen, they were not able to take on new patients I was recommended to urgent care and they took really good care of me, they were very concerned with my condition and they prescribe me really good medicine the ladies at the counter and the doctor were really sweet and kind. Supportive staff with clean environment. Mine was a walk - in visit and spent under 2 hours to have my service vaccination test done. The physicians are friendly, caring and most importantly, professional.
Would highly recommend!
Like the fact that even though it’s urgent care, often I can schedule my appointment online. Often seen very promptly, and understand that they have to prioritize based on individual urgency. Still, every location I have gone to, they have been friendly, pleasant and very accommodating.
