Im not too familiar with the practice as I only followed my long time pcp, Dr. Arun Bansal there. My experiences so far with the practice have been limited but there has not been anything to complain about, its clean and organized. The staff handles calls and email promptly. Dr. Bansal is great no complaints listens to all concerns and is very patient. Dr Dappen and his team of doctors and nurse practitioners are first rate. They take the time to understand the entire patient and develop appropriate actions that fit the whole situation, not just a single symptom. They are also super available - calls are promptly returned by a qualified professional - even a doctor in many cases, so you feel like a real human with a real medical team that actually cares!!

I was out of town when I got sick and reached out to Dr. Bansal. Even though I wasn’t anywhere near the office, he was able to help me quickly, figure out what was going on, and tell me exactly what I needed to do next. Dr. Bansal provides excellent care. He is attentive, never rushes my appointments, answers all of my questions, and has a wonderful bedside manner. I always feel heard and respected. This is the kind of personalized care I never experienced in a large healthcare system like Kaiser. I highly recommend him.
