I have been coming to Dr. Bansal for a couple of years now and have been so surprised at how different my engagement with him is different than any other clinician I see. He takes so much time to understand how I’m doing - not just physically but mentally and I feel like I have a true partner in my health. He’s also incredibly responsive by text and email which is so helpful.
I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Bansal and with each interaction received prompt response and had my questions answered. I had some issues arise and Dr. Bansal was quick to respond and together we decisively and collaboratively worked together to create a goal and effective plan of care. I have been pleased so far to work with him and his company and would recommend the time to sit down and do the virtual introduction. Would recommend friends and family to his practice.
Dr. Bansal has excellent communication skills, and it's easy and quick to get an appointment with him. He's excellent at responding to texts or emails, and it's a breath of fresh air to the service you get in the typical American healthcare model. The convenience, time-saving and quality of care makes me want to never go back. I have already recommended the Direct PCP model to several friends and wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to Dr. Bansal if you're in the DMV area.
Dr. Bansal is a remarkable provider, who takes a truly wholistic, patent-centric view of care, in the most convenient and accessible way possible. 5 stars, would recommend for anyone.
If you're looking for a doctor that has excellent bedside manner....You've found it! I have been a patient of his for the last 4-5 years and he has always provided an open and welcoming space to discuss issues. Dr. Bansal is the type of provider that will walk you through the reasonings behind the treatment he is recommending.
