Always great good and service! Eaten there several times...usually don't have to wait as long to get in...the best friend shrimp on the island!
We read all the great reviews but don't agree after spending $100 for a stomachache. The place was filthy and the food wasn't very tasty. I've had better for half the price. Just my opinion....
It is very good food but the restaurant is dirty and very fast paced - it is small.
We drove by and there were about 40 ppl waiting outside the building. Almost didn't stop but decided to see how long wait was as there were 2 in our party. There were 3 seats open at the bar! Lucky day! We had so much fun watching oysters being shucked and were blessed to share short conversation with the kitchen/bar staff! It was sheer joy and the loyalty of employees even though they were so busy is so nice to see today! Excellent food and so personable service. Thank you.
The food was excellent and the service was great. They got us a table in less than 10 minutes and we had our food really fast. It was delicious and very fresh.
Always the best!! Love Doc's � it has been a long time tradition for our family to visit Doc's!

Absolutely the best fried shrimp in the universe! Gumbo is awesome too but the fried shrimp is worth the drive from Nashville!!
Great good and great service. We showed up with a party of 18, and they got us right in.
