I recently had Doc Savage install a new Trane a/c unit and furnace. From the first meeting with Chuck ( sales tech) to the entire crew it was a great experience. All my questions were answered and you couldn't ask for a more professional and nice group of guys to install the unit. Everything was cleaned up and they left the house exactly as it was when they started the job. I would highly recommend Doc Savage to anyone looking for a new a/c or furnace.

Although quite pricey, I received excellent service and installation. Everything was explained and all my questions were answered. They even worked in the rain to get the job done. There were no shortcuts taken. They covers on their shoes so they wouldn't mess of my floors. They were courteous, on time and cleaned up everyday before they left. They have followed up on the periodic maintenance and were very thorough. Professional and knowledgeable.

I wish there were a way to put zero stars! I got charged $99 for absolutely nothing! I called two days prior to appointment to cancel because I found someone to get the issue taken care of sooner. Doc Savage still sent someone out on previous scheduled appointment time and had my tenant sign paperwork. They are expecting me to pay for them to go out and say that everything was running fine because someone signed for it even tho I canceled the appointment two days prior.
