Don and the crew did a great job of installing our new unit. They got here early and worked hard to do everything to get it done in one day. They took care to limit their mess and cleaned up after themselves.

The technician arrived on time, was very courteous and explained everything that he was going to do and when some parts had to be replaced he went into detail about what the problems were or could be and how everything was going to work. We have dealt with Doc Savage for several years and have always been pleased with the service.

The technician (Randy) was extremely courteous and went out of his way to explain everything he was providing. We purchased the service contract in order to get twice yearly visits and cannot find a single thing that we have been disappointed in at all. The folks in the office and the technicians we've had visit us are all professional and not just looking to make a buck.
