I have used Doc Savage for well over 25 years, and I am very pleased with their professionalism, promptness, and expertise. They have done all their business above-board, and I believe that no one could go wrong using them. They have installed two different systems, replaced my poorly- and incorrectly-installed plastic ductwork with metal ductwork; and continue to service my huge combination gas/electric Trane Air Conditioner and Heating Unit twice a year. I highly recommend them.

Doc Savage installed new HVAC about 18 months ago. Professional install and follow up maintenance for system to keep in shape. In my opinion having bern in home over 30 yrs with three different systems , DOC is best in class.
Troy and Reggie work very well as a team, I recommend them to anyone. They take pride in their job, they're very well trained, they know exactly what they're doing, they answer all your questions, they don't just tell you want you want to hear they tell you what you need to know to keep your heating and air conditioning system running at maximum capacity.

RecommendedI contacted Doc Savage after getting a recommendation from a co-worker. I am so glad I called. Don came out today and fixed the issues with my unit. He was courteous, professional, clearly explained the issue and what it would take to fix it. He even called later to see how the unit was working after the repair. Now that’s customer service. Due to COVID-19, protocol and recommendations by the American Dental Association were revised, having new air filtration systems installed in dental practices. Awesome experience from start to finish! Everyone was very professional and thorough on completing the job. We had the old unit taken out and new one installed all in one day and even in the pouring rain the install guys never skipped a beat. Even the little things stood out like making sure they kept the working area clean from debris and cleaning up everything before they left! I would definitely recommend Doc for all of your HVAC needs!!
