RecommendedI contacted Doc Savage after getting a recommendation from a co-worker. I am so glad I called. Don came out today and fixed the issues with my unit. He was courteous, professional, clearly explained the issue and what it would take to fix it. He even called later to see how the unit was working after the repair. Now that’s customer service. I have been their customer for MANY years. They service two homes for me. I rate them 5 stars. They are always genuine, gracious, and sincere.
Awesome experience from start to finish! Everyone was very professional and thorough on completing the job. We had the old unit taken out and new one installed all in one day and even in the pouring rain the install guys never skipped a beat. Even the little things stood out like making sure they kept the working area clean from debris and cleaning up everything before they left! I would definitely recommend Doc for all of your HVAC needs!!
Hey this is Nancy from Aiken. I would like have some people come to my house take a look at my A/C . I have problem of in need to new compressor not the whole unit. I wonder how much is the part plus labor?
I didn’t want to say no as the people there are nice with whom we dealt with, however, to spend $9000 on a NEW AC unit and we have not had it for even three years as of yet and every single year since we purchased it we have had to have someone come out because it wouldn’t work. Again this year it goes out YET AGAIN YESTERDAY and even though the parts are covered the labor is astronomical borderline ridiculous as the cost of the unit should cover parts and labor not just parts only. Without a doubt this is the best HVAC company in Augusta. The crew sent to my house led by Chris M was an outstanding group of installers. I was very impressed with their knowledge and quality of work. I must mention all of them, Chris,Reed and Marcus. Thank-You for the great job you performed.
