I had brake work done on my vehicle. The service manager bent over backwards to be extremely fair and generous with me. I have all of my vehicle work done at Dobbs that I can't do for myself, and these folks are top-notch all the way!
Like omg i was several hours from home and out of state with work that needs to be done and a pulley locked on the truck, Not very long of a wait, was able to find many different types of places to shop eat and past time at, and didn't kill me with exspence, and explained the cause of the problem to where i could understand the problem and see what was fixed . Very satisfied with their work. Thanks Dobbs Auto and Tire! Might have to get tires some day. I know where to shop at now for sure.

I love their service and guarantee but hate spending money on my vehicle. If they offered an insurance policy to cover the regular repairs and maintenance I know I'd be ahead
I'm had them align my van. Drove straight for about 2 weeks. Some wrench left the bolts loose and I ruined 2 front new tires. I barely made it to them. I was told "just let me sell you 2 new tires!" This service manager made me wait 7 hours until they repaired the work they did! I had to get 2 new tires on the front. I bought them from them. They said they "gave" them to me at their cost... Right. 250? I will never recommend this business. My name is Steve Beavers
2 hour wait to get in for a warranty flat repair. Offered to schedule me for tomorrow. Since when do your customers schedule flat tires? Better yet, when do they schedule your work to fail and leave them stranded. Unimpressed with your work and your wait times. Warranty repairs should take precedence.
