Oil change took 5 hours. I was told it would take 2-3 hours. Sticker in window from getting oil changed says, 30,350 miles, actual mileage on my vehicle currently is 213,358. They didn’t reset the oil change percentage on my vehicle. I go out of my way to go to Dobbs, I’ve always had excellent service, always until the last two times I’ve taken my vehicle there. My cousin took his car there yesterday because he was in the area and his car was overheating. He called my aunt and told her what was going on, so I went up there to give him a ride to his house. While I was there I noticed antifreeze that was was leaking from his car. I popped the hood and noticed that his upper radiator hose was not connected.
