We were moving our son to Illinois for the summer when the alternator on his car went out. Dobbs made sure we were taken care of before we headed back to Alabama! Great customer service!
What happens when you buy on price alone: zero customer service. Spent $600+ on a set of tires from dobbs, one of the tires has consistently not wanted to hold air. I've repeatedly tried to get it fixed (Cooper), and every time they can only accommodate an appointment several days out. The guy said they Svc 80-90 cars a day. What that translates into is that they only have time to take people's money, but zero time to do follow up service. Bud's in Staunton will be getting my tire business from here forward. Just wanted to tell you guys thank you!! I purchased just a tire because my vehicle at home had a flat. Couldn't get the new tire on at home and they let me bring my rim and the tire back to the store and they put it on for me at no extra charge. They let me drop it off and they called me within a couple of hours to let me know it was done, even with how busy they were. Thank you again! You will definitely have my business from now on �
