Had a tire that was losing pressure rather quickly. Took it in early and within a short time I was back in the road. We have used this Dobbs location often and they are always very professional.
I made an appointment for an oil change last week. I wanted to make it for 4:30, but the attendant insisted I make it for 5 PM and to just come in early. I arrived at 4:20, and waited for an hour before I noticed that my car was still parked where I left it. If I had known, I would have taken it elsewhere: I needed to be at work. By nearly 6 PM, it was finished. I asked if the oil was low before they changed it, and was told that they don’t check fluid levels. I was speechless. I will never return here. They are super busy at this location, but I’ve always been helped in a timely manner and the guys working the counter have been informative and courteous every time!
There customer service is horrible
They are fantastic at taking care of their customers. Terry has always taken great care of us. I highly recommend!
I showed up at 6:45 tonight with a nail in my tire. The guys at Dobbs squeezed me in and had everything taken care of in 30 minutes!
