I left a message while they were busy, never expecting a call back. They called back with all the information I requested. Within three hours i had dropped off my car and had picked it back up with a new set of 50,000 mile tires at a price better than all others quoted me throughout the week. It was a great shopping experience.
I had a nail in my tire. They fixed it right away. The are very friendly and accommodating. This is the third time they fixed one of my problems on the spot.

As a woman, I dread any sort of automotive work because of the reputation auto shops have of ripping off women. This place withholds that reputation. I had a scheduled oil change planned here, and when I went to pay I asked if the $15 coupon I had was still attached. The guy ringing me up rudely responded, "How much do you think an oil change should cost?" I never questioned the cost, and I didn't know how much the oil change was - I never questioned that.
