Great customer service right from the start. Ken provided pictures of the inside of the chimney and then explained in detail the work that was needed to be performed and why. I felt very comfortable allowing Ken and his assistant into my home to perform the work. I would highly recommend their services.

Be careful on taking there advise They try to sell you on things you don't need The main difference on the pictures is that they use a light on the after pictures to make it seem they cleaned it alot
