I had a leak around chimney, they charged me 1600.00 to put tar around 2 flutes and and small other areas, told me it was going to take 3 hours, it took a little less than hour. I showed receipt to two other contractors, who told me they ripped me off. I still have leak!!! They are supposed to return to fix and I am still waiting. They took advantage of a single woman.

Good experience overall. Instead of bidding the job as my first contractor did, they disagreed with them and suggested a less expensive course of action. That speaks volumes as to their credibility to me. The work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Ken and his crew are top notch.

My chimney fell down. It was not in use. At first, I thought I needed a chimney person. Then, one of the chimney people said I needed a roofer. Then, I went back to Home Advisors for a roofer. I ended up using company from chimney list who could address the problem without trying to sell me a chimney liner and without trying to sell me a new roof. My biggest issue was that completion took much longer than expected.
