Ken and crew originally completed a chimney cleaning. They found an issue with the furnace chimney and recommended a new liner be installed. I requested that they come back out a few weeks later to answer a few questions before I signed off on it. Ken came out right away and took the time to explain everything to me again. Ken and Tim were very professional. Ken explained to me in great detail what my problem was and offered the best solution. A new chimney liner was installed within the estimated time frame. A follow-up visit was made the week after on the day we were expecting the Blizzard of 2016!!

They installed a new chimney liner. I could not have found a better service provider to do the work. They were very polite and true professionals. They also, respected my home and cleaned up their mess.

Called them up this morning for a 3pm estimate and by 5, I had a brand new steel liner and paved chimney. Safety, excellence and customer service are important to this company.

Excellent timely work at a good price. I hired them to clean and inspect my chimneys and in the process they discovered that the old lining (terracotta) had almost completely disintegrated, leaving me in a dangerous position of CO poisoning or fire (apparently they hadn't been cleaned regularly prior to my getting this house.) This was also confirmed by my heating oil company. They had all the necessary equipment to replace the liner on hand and had the job done in under two hours at a very reasonable rate.
