They were great honest decent hard workers the gentleman who goes by Dylan is very thorough and hard working and represented the company great I highly recommend them
I hired them to check out my gas fireplace. My issue is they were not professional, came into my house with their wet boots on, and wanted 1800.00 to repair or 3000.00 to replace, They were supposed to send me a proposal and never have, I called a few times and they never called back. They charged me 100 for the service call and asked for a tip so I gave them 5.00 more they did not give me a receipt.

UPDATE: Taking the review from 1 to 2 stars, because Dave engaged me on Facebook and explained that he got the gas shut off with the best of intentions due to a safety concern, and I do believe that he did. However, his replies were rude and aggressive (including calling me a liar), with the main intent to get me to pressure take down my previous bad review. I would give zero stars if I could! I had an absolutely awful experience with DNG for a chimney inspection while buying my house. The inspector who came was incredibly unprofessional - since I wasn't able to be there myself, it was just him and my realtor. He gave me piecemeal information via text, and it was very alarmist. He ended up giving me a quote that was WAY over what two other independent inspectors later gave me.
