Fred and Ben were doing work on our neighbor's chimney, whom we have an attached twin home with, and noticed that our chimney was in very bad disrepair. Fred notified us and told us it should be repaired soon. All we did was ask and they gave us a quote on the spot and repaired it that day, diligently and correctly. A Complete bad company . I have been waiting 6 months for them to complete the chimney work I paid for. Customer service is absolute garbage. Called them 150 times in 6 months. They never answer the phone. Finally, someone answered and it was always a different person. Also, the workers force you to give a cash tip to complete the job in 1 day after the chimney is torn apart. I am out the money and my job is incomplete. I would definitely hire again if needed. The work staff was extremely friendly and provided great work. Price I paid was great! New chimney liner put in within less than 2 hours ??
