This company performed this work for me under the premise that it was a lifetime guarantee and they went out of business. They asked to be paid in cash and 3 years later I need to have the work redone. Awful.
I need them to fix the mess they did on the chimney because they did not put the liner high and every time rains a lot the water comes into the chimney.
I had them install 2 liners and new damper and I thought chimney caps to keep animals out. Well only 1 cap was installed and I ended up with a nest of squirrels covering my fireplace chimney. The baby squirrels fell down into my fireplace and I had to pay a wildlife special to remove and relocate the nest and babies. Now I have to pay to have a chimney cap put on. When I tried to call the number on the work order it's disconnected.

Work was fantastic but the crew did not arrive until 10 am. It was dark as hell outside when they got done. Had they arrived early at dawn, the project would have been completed before dusk. Otherwise, they were great. They even were nice about the price. Will recommend.

John was nice and professional, and job was done with good quality and reasonable price. I am happy with the service, will ask them for help again and recommend to friends or neighbors!
