Ken was extremely professional.. explained everything before moving forward; scheduled me for a time that was convenient for me; extremely conscientious as moving throughout my home, actually removing his boots, and putting them back on once he was outside... Very satisfied..
I can't speak about DNG in general, but Lee Campbell and his companion Fred did exceptional efforts to finish job. They worked until 11 pm and even refused my offer to clean work site.

This company was very thorough. I had a broken damper. But in the process of inspection, they determined that the piping for the exhaust for the furnace needed to be fixed/replaced and that we needed it cleaned. They took pictures and showed me methodically the issues. I approved the job and they did the work within the same day and did it well and thoroughly. I am so glad they put in new pipe as there could have been a co2 exhaust problem as it was not inspected in 70 years. There price was reasonable for all the work they ... read more

These guys were awesome. I was their last appointment, on a Friday night, and I was only scheduled to have a chimney inspection/ cleaning. Upon inspection, they uncovered a lot of issues, one of which could have adversely affected the health of my entire household. They also uncovered a third issue, related to one of my heating units, which the previous 2 contractors couldn?t troubleshoot, and they knew how to fix that as well.
