They did a good job at a good price after I did a little bargaining with them on the price. I would have given 5 stars if they had worn protective covers over their shoes. They tracked in some dirt, but not a big deal. Other guys we have used have put the covers over their shoes before they would enter our home.
Besides the cleaning they were very informative and showed me pictures where I was missing a cap on one of the chimneys.

They were on time, efficent, and courteous. It was a snowy yucky day and the not only cleaned and inspected my chimney they gave me the requested quote with a discount and said they could do the work that same day. It was a bit of an emergency so we agreed. Completed the work in less time than estimated.
