Ken, the guy who did the work on my chimney, is very knowledgeable. He provided great service. He got the job done thoroughly and he fixed something that wasn’t repaired correctly by the plumber my home warranty company hired. He is coming back to repair my fireplace. I am pretty confident in his work.

Besides the cleaning they were very informative and showed me pictures where I was missing a cap on one of the chimneys.
They quickly and efficiently assessed the problem, installed a new liner, and worked with us on the pricing. Terrific to work with and the problem is solved!

They did a good job at a good price after I did a little bargaining with them on the price. I would have given 5 stars if they had worn protective covers over their shoes. They tracked in some dirt, but not a big deal. Other guys we have used have put the covers over their shoes before they would enter our home.
