Working with this company was a complete disaster. After the technician didn't come during the first appointment, I had to call to reschedule. I eventually received a quote to replace a broken damper, but then my next three appointments were cancelled without warning. I initiated contact each time. The next appointment had a different technician showing up without any knowledge of the first technician. The damper was not with him, nor was any service done on the fireplace. What started as a inspection and cleaning of one chimney turned into quite a project, and a necessary one at that. They discovered items that needed to be fixed and replaced that will add some longevity to our fireplace, our furnace, and our roof. The crew was very professional, exceptionally knowledgeable, and went out of their way to ensure the job got done in one day.

Installed Chimney Liner on 10-13-2018. They were late&on top of that did not complete the job correctly. You would think that being on HomeAdvisor &Angies List & paying $2,400.00 you should have no worries. I didn't until my Furnace man tells me I should have a New Tee cap on my chimney connected to the liner to prevent condensation on my furnace. Called DNG&they let the installer Dominick go because of too many complaints about his work. Was supposed to send someone out 11-10-18. Never showed,called office&spoke to own... read more

The workers referenced a tip and the fact that they haven�t had a raise in a while a couple of times which was uncomfortable. The quote went up about $1,000 during the term of their work and they didn�t give me a contract until after the work was completed which makes me feel like I was taken advantage of as my husband wasn�t home. They ripped our fireplace cord out of the wall so the prongs were completely bent and neglected to put the stove insert fan back together properly.
