Had new chimney liner installed. The owner (Dave) is a good guy who cares about providing "quality service" to his customers. Customer service is rude and not accommodating. The workers are very competent and knowledgeable. I want to thank Dave (the owner) for personally getting involved to resolve my concerns when the original crew never returned one week later (as promised) to finish up the loose ends and remove the plastic trash bag from my chimney. (Especially with hurricane Florence poised to possibly visit our area soo... read more

I called DNG needing their help under a tight timeline due to the sale of my house. The reps on the phone were able to send someone out that afternoon to complete my inspection and cleaning of my chimney for my furnace. I truly appreciate how the company fit me in such a short time and completed the job. The crew that came out to my house were professional and courteous!
