Brrr...getting chilly inside despite the thermostat set at 70 and furnace running. Checked vents and everything was cold. Called for an emergency service call...spoke to a human within seconds, was given expected costs right upfront, told we would get a call from a tech. Tech called within 45 min, set up the service, came in and fixed all under an hour. Prompt, professional, efficient, prepared. Came home to a cold house yesterday. Called DM Burr and got a call back in just a few minutes. Their tech Thomas was there within the hour and had the furnace running in quick order. Will definitely use them again.

The company loves to hire bozos as managers, most who have the IQ of a chia pet. This would explain their high turnover rate.
Our furnace decided to go out when it is the coldest temperature and in the winter. Called the office of DM Burr this morning and they had one of their technicians (Thomas Lanfor) out right away. In the long run it was the smart thing to do and invest in a new furnace. Thomas waved our service fee since we opted to get a new energy efficient furnace. Thank you Thomas and DM Burr for taking care of us, your customers.
