We have had excellent service with this company. I first used them when my dad's furnace went out on a weekend. The young man Zac was very nice and helpful. They came promptly and we were very happy with the service. My dad's air conditioning went out last summer again I called and again Zac took care of us. We got three estimates for a new AC, and it was an easy choice to go Zak at DM Burr. The fact that our salesperson was also going to do the install made a big difference. Zak's expertise, work ethic, and common sense approach to making sure we got a great solution was much appreciated! Our new AC is whisper quiet and our house is the most comfortable it's ever been on hot and humid days!

We had an amazing experience with DM Burr. Our hot water heater started to leak Wednesday night just as we were heading out of town for Thanksgiving. We called first thing Friday morning and we had a new heater installed Friday evening. The Tech Zach, was so nice, friendly, and did an amazing job.
