Maybe not have their workers come into people's homes and threaten to kill their under 20lb dogs. Wtf.
Need to make sure their employees don't go to other people's homes and threaten their family pet! That is not acceptable! You should never say you are going to KILL their pet!! Wow!!

I needed emergency service last weekend on my furnace. Zach immediately responded, quickly inspected and provided parts to get furnace running again. Awesome employee to have on your staff!!!
DM Burr replaced our furnace and air conditioner. They also installed a whole house generator. We were very happy with their work at every step. They were all professional and pleasant to deal with. Our air conditioner stopped working on the hottest day in recent history (and of course it was a Saturday). We called them and they were out to our house within and hour and had us up and running again very quickly. They charged us a fair price and the technician could not have been nicer even though I’m sure he was exhausted. Thanks again!
