Just wanted to give a big thank you to your company for the great job installing our Generac generator. From beginning to end it was a pleasant experience for us. The salesperson was very thorough and explained every detail. No hidden cost or last minute surprises. He was great. The installers were very timely and professional and answered any questions we may have had. Once again thank you for the great job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Love how your staff went above and beyond to make sure my family had heat just in time for winter and even helped with personal items for my daughter and food for thanksgiving... Ill forever be thankful to all of you at DM Burr... You are all amazing

My experience with DM Burr has been great. They were professional from the start of the first phone call to the finial installation of my generator. Matt and Rod were my installers and they did an excellent job. Matt found and resolved quickly a problem with my meter having a broken / cracked contact, he was able to find and replace the dated part with out causing any problems. Our water heater started to leak and we called DM Burr this am and they had a new water heater to us and hooked up within hours. Dave, James, Travis and the 2 techs took care of us calling and texting to make sure we knew what was going on at all times. We had a wonderful experience and will be calling again. Just want to say thank you to the guys at DM Burr Heating and Cooling. They were able to perform a quick turnaround so my kids could sleep in warm beds tonight. Our furnace stopped working midafternoon and I was concerned with how cold it was and being the start of the weekend if we would be able to get a company to come out to service our furnace in a reasonable amount of time.
