Took my wife’s VW beetle her pride and joy in for a heater core. Heater core was replaced, but some dash lights didn’t work now, debris was left all over the front of the car from the repair, and they scratched up the dash! NOT A PROFESSIONAL REPAIR!
I recently purchased a VW Golf R from Dixon Ford VW, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. This is not an easy car to find especially in a manual and many other dealers I spoke with were so pushy and were price gouging since it is a rare car. Would not recommend anyone do business with this dealership. I was sold a used 2019 SUV on 11/25/2024, and four days later the check engine light comes on. When I brought it back, I was told that "You never know when these things will break, and we did offer you an extended warranty at signing". They then wanted me to give them another 900 for repairs. DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! We had our 2015 GTI towed here for repairs after an accident on Oct 22nd 2024. Nov 4th we called to let them know our insurance paid us out and we would pay the difference because we wanted OEM parts, and to start the work. They told us it would take 2-3weeks because parts had to be ordered. Fine, let's do it. On Nov 14th we called to check the status of the car and NOTHING had been done, besides ordering some parts. Made an appointment to see a vehicle. Sold and kept the posting up with zero communication. Almost drove 2 hours to see the vehicle. Pathetic to call someone non stop when they show interest in a vehicle but can’t make a single call to follow up.
