Great customer service
I had to have someone else fix their botched work on a improper re-cone of a woofer. Buyer beware.

Don’t ever go here!!! These guys destroy a $2,000 speaker. It has glue all over it,put the wrong voice coil in it,it was working with a small buzz at low volume, I was told they would do a total rebuild all new parts,I got a subwoofer that doesn’t work at all,reading 20ohms on a 1.5 ohm coil??? THIS IS WHAT THEY DO!!! I spoke with a guy who sells High end Vintage Audio equipment,he said they screwed up 6 of his speakers. Today was my first time to visit in person. Neat place. Gorgeous sounding, newly rebuilt Cerwin Vega speakers being tested and filing the entrance area with warmth. Excellent results in the past when my wife got a set of 60s era AR speakers rebuilt for my birthday. Sadly this isn't a joyous occasion. Dropped speakers off to see if they can be saved after a lightning strike. I have faith they will be. Will update on the results. Here's to hope since they are over 30 years old.
