Jody Allan, who runs their billing is either incompetent or just lazy. We tried several times to pay our bills the day of service. Jody failed to run our credit card on four separate occasions. Finally after Dixie threatened us with a lein and hour long phone conversations were we able to get them to properly run our payments. Several members of our family have had the same issue (7 different households) save yourself a headache and choose a different company.
My experience so far with Jody Allen and Mike Long with Dixie has been nothing but stellar. Extremely knowledgeable, prompt, honest, and courteous. Excited to continue to give them my business for years to come.
Top of the line staff all around from interactive staff to the technicians everybody at Dixie Exterminators makes me feel as though I am part of the family.
Thank you Dixie Exterminators, finally able to have diner on our deck without being eaten alive by mosquitoes!
