Very rude reception desk personnel. I tried making an appointment and was treated very poorly . I asked to speak to someone else and was placed back in the que …. if you feel like your needs aren’t been heard by everyone in the clinic then go somewhere else where you will be treated better.
Seeing doctor shah today was such a breath of fresh air. I was a new patient today, diagnosed with PCOS by another Dr. about two years ago with little to no explanation or plan moving forward. My last Dr rushed me out of his office with a medication to take, but no help in understanding what PCOS even is. Today Dr. Shah was very thorough and informative on my diagnosis. She walked me through everything she knows, and we set up a plan! She was incredibly kind, and I am so thankful to have her on my side with my journey.
