Shayne Hall is a blessing to our community! She always responds quickly and she's always respectful, knowledgeable and very professional. I always know that the information she gives our community can be trusted to be accurate. I always tell her that I hope she never leaves the HOA!
Shayne is the best! Always there to help resolve situations, great communication, very accessible, she deserves a raise or some flowers or something!! I would not want to do her job, she has the right temperment to be where she is, it cant be easy putting out fires every day all day and dealing with frustrated customers. Thank you so much to her and the company for always being there.

Shayne was quick to respond to my message and solved my problem very efficiently. I appreciate her help.
We were promised a drive-thru on Tuesday mornings on some sort of a regular basis. If this is being done, you must have your eyes closed during said drive-thru. Unsecured garbage cans and campers parked curbside for weeks at a time really don't comply with our HOA rules but are common practice here. What Gives?
