Horrible experience. We are a military family that moves often. We were never contacted an now the account was sent to an attorney. Why not simply send a letter directly or contact the property manager to get a current address. When emailed and asked for a payment coupon I'm told to contact the attorney. Horrible!
We requsted info on items to support the sale of our home in Soaring Eagles. The staff and their insight on the documents reguired were right on and available online.

Nothing gets done I have been fighting with this company for years to do the right thing nobody cares. The only collect HOA fees
I want to commend Tracy Martin and Lindsay Zeilstra for their never ending help. These great ladies have helped me on numerous occasions. They are working and extremely helpful when it comes to HOA rules and regulations. Because the recent hail storm my home was damaged very badly. I contacted Tracy and she guided me through intricate HOA rules and regulations to insure that I did the right things, so that I could get all of the work done in a timely manner. With the crazy busyness that occurred after the terrible hailstorm. The company was so efficient about approving our requests for our roof and our siding. Tracy was so responsive, even though it was almost 5pm on a Friday afternoon. It was such a relief to have that process taken care of so quickly. I also appreciated the emails that gave us all of the tips and information on how to expedite the process and fill out the paperwork appropriately.
I'm not one to write reviews, but after speaking and working with Shayne since I've moved in, it's essential others know what an asset Diversified has with her. Talk about responsive, professional, courteous, and detailed, I've experienced NONE better. Usually everyone's nice for the first few weeks, but consistency is the key! I've been on a couple HOA Boards and if other Community Managers worked like Shayne, there would be very little for Boards to handle. It took 6 to 7 months to even have any work be attempted to be done on mold that is growing in my walls. The leak that caused the mold is still not fixed and that was reported last year in 2015.
Under this new management team, I've had ALL of my questions not only answered expediently, but action was taken on all of them too. I'm very appreciative of Lindsay and the rest of the staff!
