Horrible management portal, take forever to respond, they never include links in emails they send to lead to relevant data, $68 processing fees to pay bills, if their site breaks (often does) and you are late on a payment they will instantly charge you a fee, then refuse to respond to any request or complaint. Worst company I have ever had to work with, I am already pushing to have them replaced if possible, and bringing other homeowners with me on this push. Absolutely disgusting company.
this company does not take care of the property, Dead tree's leaf branches on the ground, trash everywhere
This company is only about collecting your money, we have dead trees very close to the house, I am worried about fire danger. My stairs needed to be painted 7 years ago still not accomplished

Please be aware of diversified property management my account was paid in full on November 10, 2022 and on November 17 they showed that it was something wrong with my account so I can charge me $20 late fee please be careful when you do auto pay
So many issues with this HOA. I feel like they are nit picking me (and other's probably). First it was a fence that is nowhere near my property and I had to gain access to another lot/street to fix it (twice). The fence was located approx. 15 feet above our retaining wall. Next, a dead tree which has been the only understandable issue they've sent me. Amazing and always helpful! No neighborhood is "perfect", but when situations arise that need to be remedied, Diversified Association Management is on it. I've been working with Jennifer Rhodebeck for some time and she is always patient and willing to listen. She handles situation professionally and makes sure everyone is happy.
