I am beyond disappointed to write this complaint against Diva. I spend roughly $300-$500 monthly ordering clothing online from different shops. Diva was one of my favorites. Unfortunately, I have now had a problem two different times with returns. The first time I thought maybe it was my fault and I missed something, so I let it go. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... I ordered 3 items order # ********. The jacket was not what was perceived in picture, but will resale. Received items on 5/12( evening)and returned items 5/14(morning). The 2 jumpsuits ordered did not fit according to the description. I returned the 2 jumpsuits with tags included and not worn per policy. I received a message on 5/21 stating one jumpsuit was damaged and the company would not provide credit for the one item. Awful boutique Ive ever came across, they are scammers, if your looking to order the same type of close but better customer service order from touch dolls. Now let me tell you my story so I ordered a dress, I received the order but the dress didnt fit. I know it didnt have odor or stains because I literally just got out the shower no lotion just dried body I didnt fit so I understand there terms which was only credit but hey at least I could exchange it for something I can fit. This is a ********, ******** boutique that I would NEVER DO business with again! I received an order that had an item that was so flimsy! The cheapest material ever! Not only did it take a century to get a credit for the other two items I returned, but the company sent an email saying they cannot refund me for the skirt set due to something being wrong with it. I've never even tried the clothing on, for the company to tell me something was wrong with anything I was trying to return. So basically I lose out on 30$ or pay them... read more

The worse experience ever at this store, after pay on day one March 20, 2021 a 100% of the wedding dress about $16000.00 and left the dress at the store; for 3 months later my wedding that should be in September was cancelled 2021. I called the store on June 30th, 2021 with 3 months in advance and let them know the wedding was cancelled and request the refund of my money. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a skirt set from this company for the very first time. I received the item and tried on the skirt and it was too big. Per the website, they accept returns for a store credit that will be processed in 3-5 business days, which I have a screenshot of. I paid for shipping to return the item and waiting a week or so only to be told, they have a 10-15 business day process to receive store credit. This online boutique is a sham, they borrow old clothes from real designers and try to re-sale them at marked up prices. The items delivered will not match what was ordered. If you try to return the item, they will not honor the return and will lie about the goods either being damaged or having an "odor." Despite having proof and witnesses (the person who processed the return on my behalf) they will lie in order to keep your money. Avoid purchasing here at all costs.
