I bought a hat from them and it was sent to the wrong address I emailed them they did nothing to resolve my problem so when i asked for a refund she said i had to wait til they received the hat back. Weeks pass I asked them did they receive the hat they said yes so again i ask them for a refund now they giving me a run around about it saying they dont do refunds that they can offer store credit or they can send the hat back ill only have to pay another shipping fee yea I wouldn't be spending my money with them no more
I'm extremely frustrated because they sold me a used, dirty dress and refused to accept my return. This is particularly upsetting because I bought the dress for my birthday and had to purchase another one.
The worse customer service ever. I purchase a dress that they claim The apt number wasnt on the shipping. I have spoke to different people ever since I was expecting the package. I order the dress 10/12 and they never contact me to inform me that it was an issue until 10/21 I just received a email. But I have been speaking with customer service they have inform me it been updated notes in the system and once they shipment comes in Monday or Tuesday they will ship it right back out but they had to receive it first . Was a happy customer until I received a order that wasn't completed. I was offered a 15 percent refund . This is unsatisfactory. I expect better service for the prices you charge.
I wouldn't even give 1 star. I had a few bad experiences with them. Should have learned from the first one. I recently returned an item. Took it out and looked huge so packed back up to send back. Then I get an email saying it has stains on it! They sent pictures and looks like a coffee stain. Smh Definitely not from me. I believe they did it at there and blaming me. If I had did it I would have gotten it out before I sent it back. Now they are keeping the item and if I want it back I need to pay shipping to return. Mind you... read more
Bummed I ordered a pink ********** Feather Sequin Midi Dress for my birthday that cost $115. When it arrived I was so bummed because it was so cheaply made and I couldnt believe they charged me that much for that dress. The feathers were extremely itchy and I bought a size medium and I had to squeeze in it. It is not true to size. The feathers were flying off all night and the sequins on the dress looked so cheap. I would have left a review on their site but it didnt give me the option to so I had to come here.

I am beyond disappointed to write this complaint against Diva. I spend roughly $300-$500 monthly ordering clothing online from different shops. Diva was one of my favorites. Unfortunately, I have now had a problem two different times with returns. The first time I thought maybe it was my fault and I missed something, so I let it go.
