I've had nurses not show up, not call or even text & I didn't even find out until 2 days later that they "had an issue". I missed my treatment that week. I've missed my treatment & had to reschedule several times now. (Rosemary is the only nurse that's ever come on time & she's a sweetheart.) Today I took off work, but I'm being missed again, with no message. My nurse ended up taking over patients of another agency instead of his own & the office didn't even know about it.
