They were busy, But I managed to get taken care of and back on the road really quickly.
Shout out to Discount Tire for excellent and honest service! i was told by a service rep at another establishment that I had a nail in one of my tires and the tire couldn't be repaired. Since I purchase my tires from Discount, I went back there to have the tire checked. The tire was removed, balanced, put back on my car, pressure was checked in all four tires, and I was out the door in 30 minutes. Oh, there was no charge - AND NO NAIL!!
I've had to come in three times in the last three months to replace each of my tires. The guys are so helpful in explaining what theyre doing and why (which is great when, like me, you're new to car ownership and maintenance!). Service takes a while because this place is always packed, but I trust their integrity and will continue to return -- although hopefully not again for a long time!
Double blow out with family in tow on a Friday after 5:00 and we couldn't be more blessed with the service we received when we arrived to this location. Not only did we get worked into their busy lineup but our tech: Chris Smith, made an entire set of new tires worthwhile. We are so grateful to have stumbled across the great service when we were all so unhappy to have to come to a stop

I have bought my tires there,for I don't know how many years? So unfortunately I was in a hurry so I went to NTB. Never ever again!! They messed up my wheel hub and the end result was I had to take it to Autobahn and they had to fix it. From here on out I don't care how long they take I won't ever be impatient because I know when I go to Discount it's going to be done right.
