They are the best in customer care! Everytime we go there. Their staff are very professional.
I'm military on leave and just in town for the day and they did me right. I had my wife and my kid in the car and some of my extended family. Caleb and Josh were very professional and did their best to treat us well. We did have to wait awhile, but well worth it. They were very honest in their assessments of my tire and also very generous in how they dealt with me. Nice clean store with awesome Christian music and friendly courteous guys.... they had my flat tire fixed and had me ready to go within 15 minutes of arrival. Their service is the reason we keep coming back to Discount Tire Store!
Been here 1 1/2 hours told would be a hour now they say another hour � be truthful!!!

Only reason I'm giving a 3 star, came in last night , one guy finally helped us because they couldn't patch where the screw was in the tire, my issue is that young kid who I originally asked for help ,decided being on the phone with someone was more important than helping the customer that was there physically, and another guy told him to help me out,and he had the nerve to say I'm busy on the phone.. didn't catch any names but I sure wouldn't have expected that out of a company.. Got there at 5:58 with a flat tire. No problem, very helpful.
Went to Discount Tires thinking I would have to have four (4) lock nuts cut off my tires just to get them free from the truck at $10/pop. But come to find out there were no lock nuts but instead each tire came equipped with special security lug nuts that you must use an adapter specifically designed for those lug nuts to remove the tires. He explained that not all tire stores have this adapter so it'd be a good idea to purchase one if I could for $5.00 plus tax and keep it with the truck.
