We had a check in time of 9:21 AM, We were told it would take approx. 35 min to put on 2 new front tires 1 1/2 hours later we finally got to leave. I can't believe it took 1 1/2 hours to put on 2 new tires.
The staff here is super nice and gave me the best price in town.
We take all our vehicles here and no where else in Bastrop. Shout out to Mr. Bill and Mr. Paul for excellent service and hospitality, as always.
I bought new Michelin Tires here when I bought my Jeep a few years ago. I wanted good tires, although they were pricy. Since, they have rotated my tires--free, always check tire pressure, and it really saved my butt yesterday when my tire was so flat that it separated from the rim. My tire was ruined, but because of their warrenty, I ended up with a new tire. Thank you Discount Tires for giving a senior single lady a break.

Yesterday was my 3rd trip in 3 days. Each day I had a pleasant experience. On the 3rd day though was a very long wait for tires. I believe they should seriously think about expanding to keep up with the volume of customers and the ability to strive for that excellent customer service.
Let me start by saying we have used this store for 10+ yrs and bought a few new sets of tires without ever having a problem. Stopped in today to have 2 tires checked. One was ok but the other had a nail in it which they repaired. Unfortunately when they were putting the tire back on the car, they stripped one of the lugs. The tech was very non-concerned and said ‘it’s on and tight so there shouldn’t be a problem.
