Excellent Customer Service, Above and Beyond Expectations!
Bastrop DT will cross-thread and strip out your lug nuts when they mount tires. Then if you have have a flat on the side of the road on Christmas day you cannot get that tire off. They have done that to me twice in the last few years. If you like DT I suggest finding another one of their stores.

I havent had a bad experience, i had a flat & took my truck to discount tire. They put a new tire on and that was it. Bam, done!
Free tire repair. Totally free including balancing. They try hard to sell you a road hazard warranty, but fix your repairable tires for free.

It's a Scam!!! It is programed! They made poor choices in my opinion. I'm not a tire person, but I have comon sense. They did a POOR job!!!!!
Went in for a screw in the tire . Tire still going flat and guess what screw still in tire. Won't ever go back .
We had a flat down the road from the Bastrop Discount Tire. We stopped in at 2:55pm and were told 45 minutes. After two hours of watching other people get their flats fixed I went out and put my spare tire on myself. When I had asked Jeff the manager how much longer, he told me they were almost done with my car but it was still sitting in the parking lot. Told him he was a liar and that I wanted my keys back.
