Love these guys! So courteous and so helpful in letting me know what my options are and how I can save money! They ROCK!
I went there to get a flat repaired which they did for free. Unfortunately, the repair was not done perfectly and I was forced to go back twice more for a tire hazard warning light. On my second return visit for the same issue, they completely replaced my tire at no charge to me. Yes, it was a little frustrating to have to go in three times total for the same issue, but they more than made up for it with their amazing customer service which will keep me coming back. I would give you a 5 star review but when I went in on 3/6/16 for new tires for my Toyota Corolla, a small cap w/Toyota emblem was damage and Joseph reassured me that they would order a new and call me when it got there. And here we are over two weeks later and no call yet. Also it is impossible to get through the phone rings line busy also your fax.. Please get in touch with me and I will change the rating.
In and out in less than an hour, I had written off a whole morning for this, thanks guys at Bastrop Discount Tire.
