I’m done with this store. The employees at this location are an embarrassment to your corporation. I’ve had nothing but issues since the new manager took over this store. Poorly trained employees that shouldn’t be in the tire business. Sadly I left this location and went to Walmart and had no issues. WALMART! Maybe you should send the staff from this store to Walmart learn customer service and tire knowledge. Pathetic…

Discount has never let us down! We ordered tires online to get discount and appointment time. No surprise almost a week to get appointment-where else would you go to get tires!They called the morning of my appointment and said they were pulling the tires and one was in the wrong bun or mis-marked-whatever doubtful I would make that appointment time! The service is always great. It’s a long wait, but the staff is always polite and seem to be working as fast as they can.
I paid $1500 for 5 new tires and new rim Friday 9-10-21.. this place did not properly put my tire back on.. Monday morning on my way to drop of my kids to school we noticed the truck started to shake and make loud knocking noises.. I pulled over and took off cap to expose lug nuts to see they were all about to come off! This is ridiculous! They put my life and my children’s life in danger!!! What is going to be done about this??? Just an I’m sorry????
This place needs an overhaul BIG TIME. It doesn't matter what you need done, you had better set aside most of your day to do it. Order your tires ahead of time? They'll sell them before you get there, even if it's less than 24 hours later. Need a plug? You will wait three hours and they will break your wheel stud putting the tire back on. Make an appointment?They don't know the meaning of the word. Specifically tell them not to put wheels weights on the outside of your wheel?… See more

Way too slow. I was told at 10 I had 4 in front of me and I would be out by noon. Just checked at 11:30 I still have 4 in front of me. It is 11:45 and still truck has not moved.
