Wasn't happy when I drove away and my tire light came back on. Had to return again, thought I was going to have to throw that tire in the window. But in their best interest, my tire got replaced, no charge for the certificate either!
This place is amazing. I had a nail in my tire and they removed it and plugged it an did not charge me at all. And, not only that there waiting room was stocked with free blue bell ice cream. I might stick a nail in my tire again just so I can hang out there! Seriouy great customer service!
I have gone to several different Discount Tire locations, and this one was excellent! Service was fast (had to buy four tires) and I was in and out in an hour!
Made an appointment for 8:30 on a Saturday morning to get tires rotated. Drive out 20 minutes later. Who can beat that?
