I had a very low tire (11 psi) and I called for hours and the employee said they close at 6 and it was 20 till but if I got there by 6 they would check my tire. I didn't have to wait but a few mins when I arrived for the employee (I wished I would have gotten his name) to inspect my tires, fast forward about 25 mins. and they found a screw in the low tire. Had an appointment and got out in 30 minutes and they didn’t try to up sale me!
Quick service even though they were packed.
Wheels were to be ordered last week Monday. Run around about delayed shipping. Found out yesterday an entire week later they were never even ordered! No return call from discount manager. Contact regional office. No return call after 4 hrs. Call again, I’ll resend message she says. Call corporate in Arizona and they connect me back to regional!!! 🤬 Apparently nobody is in the office.
