My experience yesterday was phenomenal. The staff were quick to service a customer and very courteous as well. I just needed rotation and low tire checked. I was out in 30 min. Very satisfied with service!
Always taken care of myself and my minivan tires. Although sometimes there repair time days longer than you initially told but that's because there have so many return customers.
I tend to get great service from the employees at discount tires everywhere I go. Today I went for a simple re-torque of my new wheels and tires pressure check. I'd like to give a shout out to the location and especially Austin for helping me out today with courtesy and professionalism.
The guys that work here are always nice and very helpful. It's usually busy when I go in, but I've never had to wait too long. Thanks for the great service and prices!!

Thank you, for saving my Thanksgiving. One of my new tires was losing air. I pulled into the Queen Creek Discount Tire at closing time on Wednesday. They were kind enough to check my tire even though it was time to go home. I would have been afraid to drive to my Brothers in Tucson for Thanksgiving dinner if they had solved the problem. I so appreciate your help.
Worst customer service of any discount tire I have ever been. I hope maybe ten of my friends read this and discontinue going there. All they wanted to do is argue about the 60,000 mile tire warranty on tires that had less than 30,000 miles. Not to mention that I had brought the truck in early and they said the tires were fine. Come in today for a nail and they said they needed to be replaced!
Discount Tired is thy best place to shop for tired because they have thy best of the best working there and they have the best customer service and id like to point out one guy that is the best and his name is Joshua Foist.
