I had an appointment to have four new tires mounted and balanced at 1:30. I checked in at 1:30 on the dot and although the wait for walk-ins was over two hours, at 2:03 I was walking out the door. Excellent customer service. :)
Awesome customer service, great pricing and fast work. Those guys run 100 mph all day long and always try to be as helpful as possible. Its a business model a lot of people could learn quite a bit from.
Was treated awesome! They were fast and the guy that took care of us even saved us a lot of money!!
I never use anyone other than these guys for tire related issues. They stayed after hours to fix a nail in my tire at no charge this time around!!! Discount tire knows how to run a business no matter which branch I've always had wonderful service!!

Yesterday the guys at discount tire went out of their way to make a terrible situation (my truck tires were slashed overnight) much better. Top notch customer service and a willingness to take care of their customers is why I will always use discount for my tires
