They want to make an appointment for a tire repair. Or an hour and half wait
I have been to this location on more than one occasion and have had nothing but positive experiences. Whether I am in for a free tire repair or to purchase new tires they treat me the same each visit: like I am the most important person they've helped that day.
Great last night got me on the road with my donut. But never ordered the replacement tire. At 9am they told me it would be in at 2 pm well at 3 I found out they hadn't ordered it. Picked up my rim and took it to Henry Brown Buick who waited for me and put a new tire on in half hour.
Fast, excellent service every time. I had a nail in my tire this trip but received the same excellent service that I do when I buy tires.
Discount tires donated money to fight prop 205 which would legalize cannabis. Do not support companies who support the fail drug war. You took a political stance with your business and you will loose business over this. Looks like I'll be going through big o from now on.
Got me in late on a Friday for a free flat repair! Got to love that!
Amazing customer service, very professional and nice employees. Would absolutely return and highly recommend!
