I left there today with my tire still not being replaced even though I have a warranty. I went to two discount tires today, neither could find what was wrong. Because they had a company party today in Queen Creek, they let me leave knowing my tire would be flat. I just went out to the garage. It’s flat again! Don't take a tire there for repair. They try to sell you new tires when the tire is totally repairable. Wife took her car there for rear tire repair with leak. They saw expensive BMW and said see needed new tires. Showed her the front tire turning wear and they could not fix her tire and she needed new tires because too much tread wear. The car has less than 26k miles. After inspection the rear tire she wanted repaired is fully repairable. Here is the issue, I can totally afford to put brand new tires on her car. I made an appointment for rotation and balance of tires tha I purchased there. Very pleaded with service from my phone call with Junior through the end of my appointment. The Team in the garage area doing the actual work was amazing. I did not catch the young ladies name there, but she dida great job. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Keep up the good work! I saw a differnce this time there. I have been going to this location since moving here over three yeard ago. #Teamwork
They didn’t try to sell me the most expensive tires but gave me options and they said it would take 45 minutes but only took only about 25 minutes!

They gave us a great deal. Took a little longer than they said but all in all a great experience.
I went in to get 2 new tires. I got there at 0830. All 4 tires balanced and rotated with 2 new tires replaced. It took 1/2 hour, it was done at 0900 by a girly girl!! Love discount tires. Thanks a bunch!!
