Arrived first thing in the morning to rotate tires and check out tire pressure light that came on night before. They repaired and rotated my tires and I was out in 15 minutes! Best of all, no charge! They always take good care of our vehicles.
Well, I had the unfortunate opportunity of buying another tire due to the screw in the sidewall. But these guys made the experience good and even got a real good warranty. I highly recommend this branch. Great, hardworking guys! And very fast! Thank you!!
The guys at this store are always very professional and prompt. I've bought six sets of tires from them. Never disappointed.
I always love this place. The staff are all so professional and efficient, and they pay attention. It's kind of a marvel to watch them, because they work like a highly coordinated pit crew with all the people coming and going. Today I introduced my newest vehicle to their service... Number 6 I think over the years. :)
Excellent customer service. Bought a new set of tires here, just over a month later had a nail in a tire causing a slow leak. Tire was replaced at minimal cost to me. Service was quick and I enjoyed a nice cold complimentary bottle of water while I waited.
Found myself in town with a bad tire on a rainy day. Being told it's an hour and a half wait...also no wifii. No coffee and complimentary waters are not cold.
So I temporarily parked my car in front of the building (where employees park the customers finished cars) with my girlfriend inside since there were not any parking spots while I run inside to put my name on the list (so we can leave and come back later). The employee walks outside and looks at the tires. We go back inside and I see my car moving. Figured a spot opened up and my girlfriend moved it.
