I love Discount Tires. They are always courteous and speedy! Their warranty is amazing!
Only reason I gave them a 1 is because Patrick was grate and help me decide on tires. I was there about 3-4 weeks he quoted me 1100 plus tax came back today was unable to talk to him Jorge quoted me 1498.00 for the same tires. So I was like ok then I ask about some fuel rims 2745.30$ mmmm something kinda off so I went to a different discount tire location 3463 Altamesa Blvd Fort Worth, TX 76133. The reason why I give them a 3 star is due to the fact of if you have people waiting and it's only 10 mins or less till you open, just as great customer service why not start handling those people instead of making them wait till your opening time especially if you have staff just standing around drinking coffee and talking to each other..
They are always very busy but have time to fix my tire and get me on the road they are very friendly in always get me out of there with $15
Always a pleasant experience with friendly professional employees.
