I went in to fix a slow leaking tire and i was told i needed new tires i kinda knew cause i hadn't rotated them.....previously months ago they fixed a tire for me. So i was completely satisfied with my visit. Monday morning rush, they were busy but i was in and out.
Nice people, but the lines are ridiculous. Always. Every location I've ever been to.

Just had the nicest thing happen to me. I'm at Discount Tire in Katy getting a tire replaced under warrantee. The employee who is 30ish, Hispanic, named Rico, thanked me for my service and shook my hand very firmly. He asked me if he could say a prayer for us. I said sure. He stopped everything, put his hand on my shoulder and said a prayer right there at the counter. There was a line of people and the place is pretty full.
